i would not go with any local machine shop to do your sleeving. there are only a handful of major companies that do sleeving for hondas that i would semi trust:

Golden Eagle, Benson, Darton, RS Machining, and AEBS

i have no problems or regrets of my GE block but if i had to do it again id go with either benson or AEBS
