* all listed above is Rockford Fosgate brand... nothing it wrong with the amp or speaker (speakers were replaced like 3 months ago) I do have a 4-year warranty plan on the speakers and amps... so if you every had a problem with them... they would be replaced for free.. thru me..** If interested let me know asap... need cash fast
