You might want to call GE and inform them of your situation, after you acquire the reciept from purchase and labor from Tony or Kris whoever has it, and ask them if there is a local or semi local shop you can take it too instead of shipping it back to them also who covers shipping. I would tell them that this car is your daily driver and would put back financially by paying a shop to pull the motor again and replace your swap with your spare motor and then pay to have the spare replaced with the new one. Not to mention misc. parts you will need to have replaced with the removal of your head. Also who installed your swap for you? If you had a shop do it send that reciept also and if you did it find a shop that will quote you removal and replacement costs. Use key words like unsatisfied, disappointed, civil lawsuit for unneeded exspenses, where is legato, and use us members of TR who you will tell there product sucks to all 11,276 of us.
