I installed a 10w7 for a friend of mine, so I can personally vouch for the sub. On only 250w and in a sealed box, the thing slammed about as hard as his previous setup...two 12" IDQ's at 300w rms a piece. I can only imagine how loud that little sub can get. I'd have to say they're one of the best out there...I'd go for it, especially for only $250.
