JWT cams are not what they claim. At least in the KA world, they claim to have a 275 duration cam, and someone took it to a cam shop, and it was mic'd at like 250 degrees 
I'm betting the S4's are the same way. 
I guess it depends on at what lift the duration is measured. I believe the JWT cams are measured at 0.050" lift, but I am not 100% sure. Good point.
