The only solutions to that is to raise the car or remove the fender liners, which is not recommended if you have a CAI.
15 X 6.5 +40mm clears the inside fine. That's what I use.
You just need a little neg camber front and rear to keep the outside of the tires off the fenders. You will ruin the fenders otherwise.
