i used to know a site where to get headers, i'll look for it and see if i can find it but i'm not sure if they have some for the v6. But as far as a high flow cat and exhaust system, you my aswell go custom and take it over to rainbow, unless you wanna pay for a pacesetter or borla exhaust system that'll probably give you the same amount of power, its just the name.
