The whole rear 1/4 panel is being replaced and like I said for $500.00 i got the car for.. the 1/4 panel is an easy fix.
No need for block warmers in the area, cars here are generally the same as in the lower 48, If you were in Barrow which is like 3,500 miles north of here and way inside the artic circle then yes all cars come with optional block warmer that you plug in overnight...., . Im in Juneau which even in the worst winters it never gets below 10f. Leave the block warmers for Minnesota...
