Damn dude..With that kinda money you can make an awesome car..I think a nice car to do would be a 95 - 99 mits Eclipse GSX. Thats AWD..You could get a nice one for like 10000 That leaves you like 12000 for mods! Hell..You could fuckin supercharge it put in ALL the other mods too..That would be one hell of a nice Eclipse. I havent seen many Eclipses around here either So theyre not overdone.
