Turbo manifold, turbo, oil lines, piping, downpipe, that should be the basics.
The turbo will either include a wastegate internally, or you will have to buy an external wastegate... If you're getting an external, be sure the manifold you are getting has a flange in the MIDDLE of the runners. If it's to either side, they are prone to creeping boost, which is bad.
