In regards to the lift, I'm not too familiar with those.. shouldn't cost too much, but its fairly simple to do yourself. I believe you have leaf springs, so you don't need to compress any coils, etc.. You may just be able to get an "add-a-leaf" lift kits and a buddy or two and a case of beer and be able to bang it out on a Saturday..
