Fastest I have heard of is 4.0 0-60 from HPA Motorsports twin turbo vr6 (24 valve) beetle with Quattro AWD. The cool thing is it is made from all VW/Audi oem parts. It goes for $65000 (price of the car is included in that price). Even cooler is they can do this setup to most of the A platform of VW cars (Golf GTi New Beetle and TT).
