I don't have any pictures, but I found out this piece is exactly what I thought it was. Hooks into the ECU and controls vacuum to the EGR. Since the EGR is gone, I can get rid of this thing too.

This will cause the ECU to throw a few codes, but of course it is a pre OBDII car so it won't have any "limp mode" issues. Out of curiosity, where can I get a free diagnostic to see if it is throwing any other codes?
