More times than not if it has a monster tach tons of stickers or anyone of of a thousand other flashy modifications its likely a 16 second automatic worthless grocery getter. Likewise if you see a lowered Civic hatch or CRX pretty plain jane maybe an exhaust tip or clear corners it could be a 13 second all motor car. There arent many faster cars than that because seems like after everybody reaches low 12s they take their cars off the road and go full race.
