I say do all the bolt-ons and spray it. Probably could get into the low 13's with ease. A turbo kit would probably be more of a hassle than it's worth, cost wise, it'd be cheaper to just pick up a vr-4 and then you get the bonus of AWD, AWS, variable suspension, and some other goodies.
