Are you wanting to use it for additional fuel or for cooling? If you just want to cool the intake charge, you can stick with water injection which actually cools better than alky. The nice thing of course about water injection is its easy to plumb, maintain, supply, etc.

If you are looking for extra fuel, alky is an excellent choice. Most setups I've been involved with use some type of simple pump (a windshield washer pump) or a pump from a late 80's F150 truck (stainless internals prevent corrosion). For a nozzle, a nitrous fogger works great, or you can go to McMaster-Carr for some industrial nozzles which also work great.
