An egt is not a safe way to tune, I realize a narrowband will _roughly_ show you that you are rich or lean, but it's NOT a great way to tune. Neither is using egt's to tune timing. From my understanding it's much more accurate on a dyno. Since he was ON a dyno with a wideband... I was curious why he did things the hardway.
