I can tell you from personal experiance that a friend of mine had his carb apart many a time to tune it for weather conditions on a 9 second nitrous car during the summer season. So yeah, keep going with the generic tune the carbs have to offer, I promise I will only snicker in private when it does not go your way. I'll still respect the combo you're running and offer unlimited sympathy since you are doing something unique, but the "I told you so" voice will always be there. Unique is only cool until it breaks and costs you more in the long run than other proven combinations. I've found that there is a reason why the masses run a certain way. They let the few risk takers make all of the costly mistakes and learn from them in both a tuning and financial way. Still love the turbo/carb combo, but I wouldn't suggest it to anyone I know based on a few internet dyno sheets/time slips.

As for now, the "I should sleep" voice is returning...can't wait to check this thread in the A.M.
