OK so the explaination...My original axle is the one in the background in the first picture...The one with rusty ass rotors is the one I got from the boneyard. First thing I did was pull the inspection cover on the new axle...The gears look like they have never been turned as did the locker. Getting the old axle down was a bitch and getting the new one up was even more of a bitch. I swapped the rotors out (obviously) with my good ones. I rebuilt the hubs added manual locking hubs to relpace the full time locked did the front brakes while I was at it and then fixed the vacuum leak that was not allowing my 4wd to work (4wd is vacuum operated...see the cylinoid on the axle)
