just like the title says, can't figure it out I did a complete tune up on the 2.2l 4cyl motor, but it still does it, in the morning when its cold it will try but will not turn over, but when I open the hood and take the intake air hose off the filter box and let it pull air freely, without the filter, it starts easily, but the filter is clean and there is nothing blocking the flow of air from the filter to the outside of the truck, I don't hear a vaccum leak or it isn't that loud at least, any thoughs, Thanks Josh
