Just dump an assload of fuel into it with a device that pre-dates the Garfield era (was a president in the 1800's) and see how she does. While I respect the carbed setups like that, I stil think that electronic fuel management is where it is at for ultimate power and control. Not all of that electronic do-dads and wizidry is for emissions.
Being different is good, but being uber powerful is better IMHO.
This set-up gives you very good control of the fuel and as far as ultimate power goes. Dumping an assload of fuel ? This car uses a much smaller jet combination than me.

Have you ever read any of the articles that show two similar motors that are equipped with EFI and a carb ? The carb makes more power about every time.
Then people like to bring up the tuning issue with carbs, I have not had any issues and seem to spend less time messing with mine than a lot of the EFI cars.
I can respect anything (efi, carb) I just think it is funny to see a car that is this simple go so fast with so little money spent, especially what the EFI equivalant would cost.
