Try www.raceup.com in Miami. Ricky usually has some complete motors for around that price I believe. He sells them without all that stuff for around $1300-$1400, so Im sure you can piece together everything else for $500 give or take. He once had a complete set for around $1900-$2100. Its about as local as your going to get for that price.
