I am always interested in getting things powdercoated. The main drawbacks to me doing so is the long turnaround for most of the area shops, and of course the relatively high cost. ProCoat is an excellent shop, but turnaround is pretty slow (mostly because they have TONS of work at all times).

You may also want to look into offering thermal coatings.
