Mark: I don't think you would need an oil cooler for the 20v but I guess it can't hurt. Toyota redesigned the 4ag after 1989 to run cooler and flow better. Lager oil drains, oil squirters etc.
Btw, can you get me a smallport head with injectors and fuel rail? I guess we'll talk about it tomorrow
