my friend and i just changed the timing belt on my 96 integra ls, everything is top dead center when tightend down, then turned three teeth counter clockwise. i turned the car over and it reves up smooth but at idle it just wants to bog down, is it the idle positioning sensor? or did it skip one tooth? please help
