As far as the "Dealer Plate" goes, you are correct. You CAN drive the car with that, BUT the insurance is the "Dealerships", not yours....and if you get caught (becuase using a dealer tag to circumvent the NHSTA and EPA is ILLEGAL), than the car will be impounded, crushed, and forever gone. The Dealership will ALSO loose there Dealers license in the STATE OF FLORIDA.

that reminds me, my friend is good friends with jennifer capriotti(famous tennis player) and her brother has an evo that they imported over here(rhd) and they have a maryland dealer tag on it. but they also own an importing business so they got the hook up. its not legal from what i've heard, but they found the loop holes to make it seem legal.
