Its alot like the Focus. Not sure if the bearings can be pressed out or not though. Honestly its more a case of "can I find bearings for it" rather than "can I get them out". I'd throw them on and see for yourself. I doubt they'll be bad (they're sealed in grease) and its an easy R&R if they're bad.
