Ummm... both are mod motors. The 5.4's are going to be available with the new 3v heads before the mustangs are even out. 
i know, im saying though, why would Ford spend all the money they just did on reworking the 4.6, just to put a different motor in there?
and i still stand next to Ford's satement that the 351 V10 will, if at all, only come out as an R series motor option
