im pretty sure on those you have to replace the whole hub when it comes to replace bearings.

And to do the studs easer to intall them on the car, knock em out with a hammer. Stick the new studs through, then take some washers covered in grease and slide them on the stud, then take a lug nut and an impact wrench and tighten down. It will pull it thru.
