Propane torchs are cheap but you most likely know someone who has one. The bolt might need to be replaced it just depends on if it comes out easy after its hot. If it comes out easy and you clean up the bolt you should be ok.

You can pick up a torch about anywhere they run of the propane used in camping and work pretty well.
