only useful reason that it could be used for is to get xtra air to help cool off the engine bay or help huge frount mounts on certain cars that arent suppose to have huge front mounts get the necessary air to the IC for it to do its job



other than that i do not see any reason as to why anyone would cut holes in there front bumper, and holes in the rear bumper is just plain retarded IMO
