The Japanese SR20DE is pretty much the same as the 1991-1993 US SR20DE. The Main difference is the lack of the Emissions parts. All Japanese SR20DE's are Highport, like the 91-93 SR20's. On some Japense SR20DE's there is a Large factory exhaust manifold that is a lot bigger than the Factory US Manifold.

Some SR20 motors came with a 10:1 compression, which is higher than the factory 9.5:1 compression that the US motors have. These motors normally come from the United Kingdom, and are highports with a Red valve cover like the DET's have.

And as many people know the Japanese motors normally have low milage. But thats what is different on Japense SR20DE's vs US SR20DE's.
