his s/n on honda tech is mrheeltoe, he runs heel toe automotive. Don't know the spring rates off hand, but they ride great, where my 17's used to rub there is no rub at all. Tried them out in the twisties and they're great! Not too harsh over bumps either, I'd say get in contact w/ him on honda tech, I believe his name is marcus, but like I said, his s/n on there is MrHeelToe, he's a very good seller.
