fox mustang...witout a doubt. u can pick up a nice clean fox for prolly a lil over 3k...use the left over money and buy some gears adn then some misc used parts... an off rd h pipe, headers, flowmasters with dumps and a bottle...u can do most of the work urself, foxs rnt to hard to work on. u can set it at a small jet, spray say..only a 100 shot and ull be well into the 13s, if u can drive..maybe high 12s...some slicks, up the shot and hello low 12s-high 11s.(assuming its 5spd...or maybe if u can find one with a nicely built C4::cough cough PM ME cough cough:
