but they'll have to do, the funniest shit i've had happen to me driving my car yet, i'd put this in the kill forum, but since no race actually took place, i went ahead and just put it here...mind you first off, my car is very loud, and actually pretty mean sounding for a turbo 4, it has a 3" pipe that ends at the back tire, no resonator, no muffler..so..im coming home from work, and after i drop off one of my co-workers, i go to turn onto mcmullen booth road off of drew st., in front of me is a yellow 95ish GT Vert with 3 very attractive females, and a dude riding shotty...the dude looks back at me, says something to the girl..and right before my eyes is a chinese fire drill at the red light as the guy and girl switch place so the guy can drive ...so im a little bit confused, but whatever....light turns green, i go to the middle lane, so the mustang stays over in the left, i try to pass by and remain inconspicuous, 40 mph i was in 4th just kinda chuggin along, but, lo and behind, dude in the mustang starts revving at me as soon as i get next to him , so im like eh, what the hell, i drop into 2nd, putting me at about 4k rpm, and pop the gas pedal really hard a few times...the reaction was priceless...the girl in the back almost jumps and lands in the other girl in the backs lap, the girl riding up front yells something and then covers here ears, the guy driving starts waving his hands in the air yelling "NO, NO, NO, I WAS ONLY PLAYIN DUDE, SORRY" , never ever in my life, in my car or any other, have i seen a reaction like that to a little open exhaust action , i found it hysterical and just figured i'd share it
