okay okay its fixed...the bolt was a complete circle guys, it had no sides on it...but i have a counterclockwise biting socket. i drilled a hole from the wheel well side all the way thru to the timing cover. took off the crank pulley and removed the cover, slid the extension with the extractor on it and hit it with my impact wrench, and it actually took a minute or so to get it loose with an impact. put a new one on, retimed it and it runs great
