The average charts I have seen a STOCK ls make on about 7 psi is 200 whp using a bolt on kit such as the Drag turbo kit etc..
I am sure you can make tons of power on a stock ls motor, but tuning & money is a big factor.
i would hope to make 200 na with a LSVTEC if i hve to boost it and only getthat its a waste of money in my eyes. It can be done !
