Well most chips do about the same thing. The main difference in them are features and drivability.
The main contenders are:
GIAC (aka Garrett)
APR
Upsolute
APR has a feature called ECMS that allows you to run more than one program so that you can switch back to stock mode w/o changing chips. Power delivery is also supposed to be pretty smooth. GIAC doesnt have the changeable software (yet) and its power delivery isnt as smooth. It gives more of a kick when the boost kicks in as it was designed this way. Upsolute is the mildest of the bunch and delivers stock like driveability with increased power. They is also a dealer in the Tampa area.
Like I said they all do the same thing just a slightly different way. You may want to ride cars with the different chips and then decide.
