I've seen pictures of 2 SR-powered Integras in Japan, and both are polished-up hack jobs...
Like others were saying, it's a B18 into CR-V trans and differential with front shafts disabled. The motor was virtually brand new and chassis formerly setup for hillclimbing. The E-brake went to the driver's side only with a locked differential. Blake Fuller (
www.brailleauto.com) is a pretty skilled driver and his crew is pretty ingenuitive as well.
Another thing to note about this car is that it weights a little over 2000 lbs, so even with a mild B18 the power to weight ratio is pretty high. When pics appear (pretty soon I might add) it will be pretty clear just how serious the weight savings effort is...
