With intake, exhaust, chip, 2.80 pulley, sticky tires, 100+ octane and a willingness to break the rear end you might run mid 11's.
The mid 11's are possible...here in FL too. At the last BADRAP track day a guy with his '03 ran mid to high 11's with intake/exhaust/chip/pulley and DRs. And you don't need 100+ octane...
