Actually, no. Fuel pump goes by LPH/GPH that it can push out @ x PSI.
Go do some reasearch on how much flywheel hp, or whp it'll take to use up 190LPH. Then make your own informed decision.
So basically he's saying to figure out how much the stock fuel pump is capable of flowiung, then see how much power your car will actually be making. The stock fuel pump should handle the power tat you're looking to run.
