ok...anyone care to explain what the fuck any of this means???

1) why the hell do you want silent mode?
2) the crazy remote control? does it come with missiles?
3) they spelled billion wrong....
4) Forced Passive Arming.....?

this thing looks cool and that list both confuses and intrigues me....and some of the options are just really overkill and ridiculous..like...why would you want to start your car from over 1/4 mile away?
