Your best bet is to use door actuators for your door locks & get aftermarket power window motors and wire them to oem power window door panels/switches.

The other option would be to gut a civic from a junk yard of its door internals, wiring harnesses fuse box etc..
Its a potential wiring hazard when you fuck with incar harnesses & you have no experience
