Fordspeed for the gears. I have had Joe and Robby do all of mine on every car I've had. I've never had a problem with any noise or wear at all.

As for the chip, I just got a speedcal for the speedometer and 02 SIM's for the CE light. In my opinion chips are overrated for Mustangs. They help the boosted cars quite a bit, but for an N/A car it's a waste of money.
