FORGET about the Bayshore incident, i'm sorry i even mentioned it. On that point the people are always making out the riders as the super bad guys.

I'll make this short cause this still pisses me off to no end. About the incident with the van. If it had crossed the dividing line and slamed into another car or truck, with say a mother and her children or anyone else for that matter, this would be a whole different story. I bet there would be a vehiculer homicide charge brought by the county against this person.

Its not the money involved that is a slap in the face, it is the lack of any stiff charges being brought by the judicial system against this guy. The tickets could be for 10k each and that still wouldn't make it right--how can you put a price on a human life? The lack of a substantial criminal charge on this guy in this incident is unfathomable to me. The fact that it involves riders and that six families lives will be changed forever is what gets me and the fact that things like this happen all the time to riders and we get treated as renegades out on the streets. Hell just yesterday i was encroched upon more times than i'd like to remember. At a stop light an old man had the stupidity to use my lane and pull up to the line right next to me! Then he had the balls to try and say he did nothing wrong! Fucking people. That is all before i burst a blood vessel.
