well i figured out what the problem was. I had an initial problem with the car. The exaust decided to fall down on the interstate due to the idiot who had it before me. So when it fell down the cat's internals broke, and just yesterday the cat clogged/fell apart interally/whatnot and it went from there. Luckly no major internal problems.
