VTEC is a pita for f/i. You dont want a wicked cam with lots of overlap up high which is the whole idea of VTEC you just end up blowing the charge straight out of the exhaust. Dont get me wrong a well tuned VTEC motor will outdo most non-VTEC motors but lots of tuning.
