If youre asking about a 98 civic EX with bolt-ons springs and quasi-sticky tires I was able to get a few 15 second runs in with my 00 EX with no back seat pos intake custom exhaust and a centerforce clutch. Chances are you will (with a 5 speed I assume) run somewhere between 16.2 and 16.9
