harrassing people because
YOU disagree with the way they park then coming onto some racing forum and bragging you "owned" someone because you and your friends play parking lot games at work really says alot! whether your tone changed through a series of posts is beside the point. the whole issue is you went out of your way to bring friends out at work, fold in mirrors, have others guide you in to a spot with the sole intention of harrassing someone because you didn't like the way they parked. end of story chief.
and a vague threat would be "i'm gonna kick your ass" or "watch out for me next time i see you". i really wouldn't consider having someone speak to the general manager about one of his employees harrassing people when we go to his store to buy stuff that keeps you employeed a threat. people shouldn't be harrassed by employees of a store. sorry.
one last thing... ask your boss who he reports to. then go to that guy and ask who he reports to. keep going until you hear the word frank.
