well ricer neons are slow. neons with drivers that knows what there doin is a different story.

last firday a neon was on my ass in clearwater then he does a ricer fly by me been ignorant pulled up next to him then we took off. i redline 3rd and then he's like 5 car lenghts behind still trying to ketch up. I had to put on the hazard lights on so he could see where i was going lol
